Import & Distribution of International Products in Japan
(1) Business Overview
We partner with domestic and international companies under
exclusive distributor agreements to deliver innovative
products to customers through both online and offline
channels. These include e-commerce platforms, major retail
chains, and local specialty stores.
Additionally, we utilize AI-driven strategies to support
overseas companies in entering the Japanese market. Our
services include market expansion, distribution development,
and the execution of crowdfunding campaigns tailored to Japan.
(2) Business Flow
①Product Selection & Exclusive Agreement
We select a product and enter into an exclusive distribution
agreement (typically for a 6-month period).
②Crowdfunding Launch & Market Testing
The product is introduced on Japanese crowdfunding platforms
to promote brand awareness and conduct test marketing through
advertising and pre-orders.
③Full-Scale Sales Rollout
Upon completion of the crowdfunding phase (approx. 3 months),
we proceed to simultaneous online and offline sales through
various retail channels (lasting an additional 3 months).
